Rescheduling is subject to the availability of the doctor and clinic and may be accommodated according to the patient’s requirements and available appointment slots.

If the doctor or clinic needs to reschedule an appointment, the patient will be informed and an alternative appointment may be arranged according to the patient’s availability.

5. ONLINE CONSULTATIONS

Online consultations are available to patients located in India and require advance booking.

Online consultations may be conducted through WhatsApp, Google Meet, or Zoom.

Patients may be required to submit clinical photographs, medical history, medication details, laboratory reports, and other relevant information for assessment.

Online consultation may not be appropriate for every medical condition. Where necessary, the doctor may recommend an in-person consultation, examination, investigation, referral, or other appropriate medical care.
